BPPE Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action: Expired Approvals

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (hereinafter “BPPE”), Department of Consumer Affairs, is proposing to take the action to amend sections 71475 and 71480, of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations relating to Expired Approvals.

Comments to the Proposed Text will be accepted until Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
