Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action: Signature Requirements

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (hereinafter “BPPE”), Department of Consumer Affairs, is proposing to take the action to amend sections 70000, 71100, 71380, 71390, 71395, 71396, 71475, 71480, 71500, 71550, 71630, 71640, 71650, 71652, and 71653 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations relating to Public Institutions.

Comments to the Proposed Text will be accepted until Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
