Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action:
Significant Change in Method of Instructional Delivery or Change in Distance Education Learning management System
(Title 5, Division 7.5, California Code of Regulations Sections 71600 and Form INS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (hereinafter “BPPE”), Department of Consumer Affairs, is proposing to take the action to amend section 71600 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations relating to the Change in Distance Education Learning Management System.

Comments to the Proposed Text will be accepted until Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
