Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action: Public Institutions
(Title 5, Division 7.5, California Code of Regulations Sections 75020)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (hereinafter “BPPE”), Department of Consumer Affairs, is proposing to take the action to amend section 75020 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations relating to Public Institutions.

Comments to the Proposed Text will be accepted until Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
